What will SalesARC do for me in the first 90 Days?
As soon as you sign on with SalesARC, we will do a sales playbook session in the first 30 days which will outline all sales activities, company, history, value proposition, and identify your ideal customer profiles.
Once that is completed, we will begin to train either your offshore business development, reps, or AI voice agents to deliver on the campaign found in the sales playbook. Sometimes by the fifth week of engagement, we're already booking appointments, utilizing a well thought out playbook.
In the second 30 days, we are evaluating the effectiveness of the campaign and tweaking as we see fit. In the third month of activation, we are fine tuning reports and dashboards and metrics on the SAS campaign.
Most of our engagements last only six months because the final three months are training you on running the system that we set up for you.
Can't I just pay for the Sales Playbook and do this on my own?
I get it. As entrepreneurs, we are always looking to save a buck, and if we can implement ourselves, we will.

Yes, of course. Many of our clients start out with a mini playbook and appointment setting.
This allows you to immediately start generating cash flow from the leads that we generate. We booked the appointments that show up in your calendar and you close the sale.
It's not uncommon once we see success in these activities for a founder to upgrade from a mini sales playbook to be full sales playbook. We then staff out the account executive positions, develop a plan and create the pipelines in the CRM that ensure success.
Eventually, the founder can get out of the sales activities and onto doing what founders do best... maximizing profit and organizational value.
What if I have a sales team already that just needs some coaching?
We do that too. We develop sales teams that are already deployed to be the best effective sales machines possible.
Whether you need help with prospecting or discovery call process or closing a sale we have modular education, series and books that can help. These sessions are led by a known sales leader, with 20 years experience in sales.
We will promote active discussions as well as a plan for deployment to improve existing sales activities. It's not uncommon to start with sales training of your existing team which identifies problems and polls in the system to then later gets solved through some kind of fractional sales component.
