SalesARC Solutions

For founder-led B2B companies

You built the company. You shouldn’t be the only one who can close.

Most founder-led companies stall because every deal still runs through the founder. SalesARC is the software that runs your sales motion without you — a playbook that writes your outreach, a CRM that sends it, agents that fill it, quotes that close — with our sales team behind it when you want one.

The problem

It isn’t your team. It’s that every deal still has to get through your calendar.

Every deal still routes through you. Outbound goes out and nothing comes back. Quotes are rebuilt by hand and re-keyed after the win. None of that is a people problem.

In the pipeline

Reps generate activity, but the conversations that matter wait for a founder who is already double-booked. Cold domains and unverified lists mean outbound never reaches an inbox at all. Sub-assemblies and multi-year terms live in a spreadsheet only you understand.

For you

You are the best salesperson in the building, and that is exactly the problem. You are tired of being the only person who can make the number — and you did not start a company to be its only closer.

The real problem

A business should not be capped at one person’s calendar. Growth should run on a system, not on a founder’s stamina.

We’ve been the bottleneck

We were the founder doing all the selling.

SalesARC was built by a founder who ran an integration company past $42 million in revenue — and did the selling himself for most of it. We know the double-booked calendar, the rep waiting on you for a decision, and the quote rebuilt at midnight.

We wrote playbooks for clients for years and watched them become documents nobody opened twice. So we built the system that runs them — and we run our own outbound, quoting and AEO on it.

Why a services firm built software
SalesARC replaces a costly and expensive sales machine that is often not effective for our clients. With the addition of a Sales Playbook and the AI-driven sales tools, our clients have seen tremendous growth.

The plan

Three steps. Then it runs without you.

Buy one step or all three. Every plan starts with the first.

  1. 01Align

    SalesARC Playbook

Sit down with a strategist and get who you serve, what you say and how a deal moves out of your head and into a playbook that turns into the sequences your reps send.

    From $999, one time
  2. 02Run

    Prospect + ArcClaw™

Your sequences send from a warmed CRM without you touching them, and agents drop researched, ICP-matched leads into it every week — leads you did not have to find.

    From $199/mo · $499/mo with agents
  3. 03Convert

    SalesARC Propose

Quote the way you actually sell — assemblies, volume tiers, multi-year escalators — in minutes, in a deal room your buyer can comment in, signed and filed to the CRM by itself.

Quotes and e-sign from $99/mo · assemblies and deal rooms from $249/mo

Want us on the number with you? — SalesARC Perform

SalesARC Playbook

Your playbook doesn’t end as a PDF.

Everyone sells a sales playbook. Most of them are a deck read once. Yours doesn’t stay a document: the ideal customer profile (ICP) you define becomes the filter ArcClaw™ searches against, the messaging you write becomes the sequences your reps send, and the pricing you build becomes the line items in your quotes (Playbook Standard).

SalesARC Prospect + ArcClaw™ Agents

Wake up to leads you didn’t have to find.

Your sequences arrive built and send from channels that are already warmed, verified and suppressed. ArcClaw™ drops 10–12 researched leads that match your ICP into the Fresh column of your CRM every week — new leads nobody has touched yet. The CRM is included — you are not buying another thing to run.

SalesARC Propose

Quote the way you actually sell — and stop rebuilding it.

Sub-assemblies with real costs and margins. Volume discounts that step down over time. Multi-year rate schedules with escalators built in. Your buyer comments in a deal room, signs, and the PDF files itself to the contact — nothing re-keyed by you.

Why a suite, not four tools

The reason it works is the handoff.

Nothing gets re-keyed by you. Nothing lives in a spreadsheet only you understand. The playbook writes the sequences, the CRM sends them, the agents fill it, the quote pulls the pricing you already built, and the signed document files itself.

  1. Playbook

    writes the sequences

  2. Prospect

    sends them

  3. ArcClaw™

    fills the pipeline

  4. Propose

    closes it

  5. Signed PDF

    files itself to the CRM

Buy one module, or the system

Pick your modules. See your price. Review it with a strategist.

Every plan starts with a Playbook. Add what you need, when you need it. Propose sits on Prospect; ArcClaw™ Basic already includes the CRM. The rules are on the page, not in a sales deck.

  • ArcClaw™ AgentsBasic · CRM included$499/mo
  • ProposeBasic$99/mo
  • PerformBasic$2,499/mo

What it costs to wait

Another quarter where the pipeline is whatever you had time for.

A rep who leaves at month nine because there was no playbook to hand them. A bid lost on turnaround time. A company that is worth less than it should be because it cannot run without you in every deal.

What it looks like when it works

You’re in the deals you choose. Not every deal.

  • Leads land in your CRM every week without you finding them.
  • Your reps send the sequences you would have written, and the calls pop up in front of them.
  • Quotes go out in minutes, get signed in a deal room, and file themselves.

Questions founders ask first.

Can I just buy the playbook?
Yes — that's Playbook Basic at $999, and it's how most clients start. You can add Prospect or ArcClaw™ at any point after — a playbook that isn't sending anything is still just a document.
Do I have to buy the whole suite?
No. Playbook is the only piece you need to start. Propose needs Prospect underneath it, and ArcClaw™ Basic already includes Prospect Basic. Everything else is optional and month to month — you add it when you want it.
Do I need to replace my CRM?
No. SalesARC Prospect is deliberately lighter than HubSpot or Salesforce — it's the sending engine your playbook plugs into, built to run alongside the CRM you already have.
Is my data mine if I stop?
Yes. Your data is yours: exports are standard on every tier, and if an ArcClaw™ engagement ends you can keep the CRM for $199/mo rather than losing the history.

Stop being the bottleneck. Start with the playbook.
