Partner program terms

These terms apply to anyone SalesARC Solutions approves as a partner in its referral program. By applying, you agree to them.

1. What you earn

You earn 10% of the recurring monthly subscription fees the referred customer pays SalesARC, for each customer you refer. Commission is not paid on Playbook builds, setup and onboarding fees, or any other one-time charge. Nor is it paid on usage-billed charges such as BDR hours and metered AI usage.

2. How long you earn

You earn commission on a referred customer for as long as the referred customer keeps paying.

3. How a referral is tracked

A referral counts when the customer comes to us through your referral link, your partner code or your booking link. Your link sets a first-party cookie on our site that lasts 90 days. If two partners refer the same person, the first one to do so is credited. A referral is credited by the person referred, not by company, so a colleague who comes to us on their own is not part of it.

These referrals are not eligible:

• your own company, or a company you own part of
• a company that is already a SalesARC customer, or already talking to us, when you refer it

4. When and how you are paid

Commission is paid monthly, 30 days in arrears, after the customer’s payment clears, through Stripe. You set up payouts through the Stripe link we send when you are approved, and we cannot pay commission until that setup is complete. No minimum payout.

A refunded or charged-back payment earns no commission; any commission already paid on it comes off your next payout.

5. How you refer

Tell the clients you refer that you are a SalesARC partner and are paid for referrals. Do not make promises about results, prices or features on our behalf; point clients to our published pages and to a call with us. Do not send unsolicited bulk email in our name, and do not bid on the SalesARC name in paid search.

6. Changes and ending

We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Either side may end the partnership at any time. Commission on payments that cleared before the end date is still paid. We may end a partnership at once, and withhold unpaid commission, for fraud or a breach of these terms.
