Billing
Billing & subscriptions
What you are charged, when it is invoiced, and how to change or cancel. No surprises and nothing buried — if something here does not match your quote, your quote is what counts.
How buying works
A signed quote is the order
Nobody buys SalesARC unattended. A strategist builds the plan with you, sends a quote, and your signature on that quote is what starts the work.
That is a deliberate choice, not a missing feature. Every plan starts with a Playbook engagement, and a playbook built without a strategist in the room is a document nobody follows. So there is no checkout page, no card to enter, and no way to accidentally buy the wrong tier.
The quote names your modules, tiers, quantities and prices. When you sign it, those exact prices are frozen into the record — including any optional lines you chose and any you left out. You get a copy, and so do we.
What you are charged
Four ways things are billed
One-time, invoiced on order
SalesARC Playbook. It is the required base of every plan and is delivered with a strategist, so it is billed once rather than monthly.
Monthly, invoiced in advance
Prospect, Perform, Propose, ArcClaw™ Prospecting Agents and ArcClaw™ AEO. Each renews monthly until you cancel.
Monthly, invoiced in arrears
Anything measured by use. Offshore BDR hours are $19.65 per hour, per seat, billed after the hours are worked — never bundled into a Perform tier.
Billed to you by the provider
On ArcClaw™ and AEO Enterprise tiers the SalesARC fee is a management fee. The AI provider bills you directly for model usage, so you see that cost at cost.
Questions
Billing questions, answered
- How do I start a plan?
- You sign a quote. A strategist reviews your plan with you, sends the quote, and signing it is what starts the service. There is no checkout page and no card to enter.
- When am I invoiced?
- Subscription modules are invoiced monthly in advance. One-time work, such as a Playbook engagement, is invoiced on order. Usage-based charges like BDR hours are invoiced monthly in arrears, after the hours have been worked.
- When is an invoice due?
- Within 15 days of the invoice date, unless your quote sets different terms. Your quote always wins over the standard terms.
- Do you store my card?
- No. SalesARC invoices you directly and no payment card details are held in SalesARC systems.
- How do I cancel?
- Email billing@salesarcsolutions.com with at least 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month once that notice has run, and you keep access until then.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- It stays yours. For 30 days after your plan ends you can ask us to export your contacts, playbooks, quotes and campaign history, and we will send them in a usable format. After that window we delete them on our ordinary schedule.
- Can I keep the CRM if I stop the agents?
- Yes. If an ArcClaw™ engagement ends you can keep Prospect on its entry tier rather than lose the CRM and everything in it.
- Will my price change?
- Not without at least 30 days’ written notice. If you do not want to continue at a new price you can cancel before it takes effect, and the old price stands until then.
Billing services
Who to contact, and what we will do
One address, answered by a person, within one business day.
Email billing@salesarcsolutions.com for any of these and we will handle it:
- a copy of an invoice, or a statement of everything outstanding;
- changing the billing contact, PO number or remittance details on your account;
- adding or removing a module, seat or sending channel — we requote so you can see the change before it bills;
- querying a line you think is wrong;
- cancelling a module, or your whole plan;
- exporting your data, during your plan or in the 30 days after it ends.
If you think an invoice is wrong, tell us before the due date. We hold the disputed line while we look at it and you pay the rest as normal. We would rather find our own mistake than have you pay around it.
If an invoice goes more than 15 days past due we may pause the affected service, but never without telling you first and giving you a fair chance to sort it out. Pausing does not delete anything.
