When you run a website through the AI Visibility Report, we keep the domain you entered, what that website publishes about the company on its homepage (its name, description, business contact details and social profiles), and the scores the report produced. We read only what the website makes public, the same pages a search engine or an AI assistant can read. We do not ask for your name or email to show you the score, and we do not record who ran the check. We may use the result to contact that company about its AI visibility.

Identifying the Organisation a Visitor Comes From

We use a service that compares a visitor’s IP address against a database of business networks, so that we can see which companies have looked at our website. This tells us the organisation, not the person: it does not give us your name, your email address or any other detail about you as an individual, and we have deliberately not enabled the individual-level identification our provider also offers. The method is approximate and often wrong — people working from home, on mobile networks or behind a VPN are generally not matched to any company at all, and sometimes a visitor is matched to the wrong one. We use it to decide which businesses to contact about our services.

When you use the SalesARC platform, the vendors that process your content for us are: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (email sending), Twilio (texts and phone-number checks), ZeroBounce (email verification), Anthropic (AI writing and scoring of playbooks, transcripts and contact details), Apollo (contact lookup), ElevenLabs (voices in SalesARC University), OpenAI, Perplexity and Serper (AI visibility checks), and Jina (reading public web pages). If you connect a calendar or call-recording service, Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Fathom, Fireflies or Read.ai are involved only as you connect them. The current list is on our Security page.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
