SalesARC University
Reps who sell the way you do, before they ever touch a real lead.
Untrained reps learn on the leads you earned, and you find out which calls lost them after the deal is gone; SalesARC University teaches the method with Archie and scores it in the Dojo before a rep touches a prospect, so you hand over leads to people you know are ready.
Archie is an animated, voiced instructor who has read your playbook. He teaches four sales courses as six-minute comics, and the Dojo, the practice floor, scores every drill, roleplay and round. $349/mo for 8 seats and 300 voice minutes a month.
Self-serve. Check out online. Works on a phone.

The Founder Bottleneck
You can’t hand your leads to someone who might waste them. So you keep them.
You are the best salesperson in the building, and every deal still routes through you. On this page the Founder Bottleneck has a henchman: learning on live leads. The rep who practices the method on your best prospects, and the training that got watched instead of run: the book on the shelf, the video they said they finished.
What it looks like
A rep freezes on the price question, skips discovery and reads the deck, on a lead you worked for. And you have no way to see who is ready and who is stuck until the deal is already lost.
What it feels like
You can’t hand the leads you earned to someone who might burn them. So you keep them, you take the calls, every deal waits on your calendar, and you are tired of being the only one who can close.
What it costs the company
A rep should earn a real lead by proving the method in practice first. A company shouldn’t need its founder on every call to grow.
We’ve been the bottleneck
We were the founder doing all the selling.
SalesARC was built by a founder who ran an integration company past $42 million in revenue, and did the selling himself for most of it. We know the double-booked calendar, and the lead you kept because the rep wasn’t ready for it.
We handed reps the books and the videos too, and watched the next call sound exactly like the last one. So we built the teaching that makes a rep choose, with something at stake, and the practice floor that scores whether the method moved.
Read the founder’s story- Four methods, three of them from the books your best reps already quote: Gap Selling by Keenan, High-Profit Prospecting by Mark Hunter, The Challenger Sale by Matthew Dixon and Brent Adamson. The fourth, Customer Success, is our own.
- A Dojo that scores every practice call stage by stage, built from transcripts of your team’s own calls, with nothing new training the team until a manager approves it.
- A published price: $349/mo for 8 seats and 300 voice minutes a month.
The plan
Three steps. Then you know who is ready.
A rep learns the method, passes a check that hides the keys, and proves it on the practice floor before you hand them a lead.
01
Learn
Pick a path: BDR, AE, Closer or Customer Success. Archie teaches the courses on it in order, six modules a course, about six minutes each, as a comic your rep plays on a phone or a laptop.
02
Pass
Every module ends with a try-it in the rep’s own words and a knowledge check on situations the story never showed. The keys stay hidden until they pass; a miss sends them back to the card that teaches it.
03
Prove
A pass unlocks a 90-second drill, a voice discussion with Archie and a Dojo roleplay round scored on the course’s rubric. You see all of it.
What we promise
Nothing to fear in starting.
- Self-serve. Check out online, with nothing to install.
- Works on a phone. A module is six minutes; a rep can run one between calls.
- Month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice, per the Terms.
- Your reps’ calls stay yours. Transcripts and scorecards never leave the team, and a draft from your calls never trains anyone until a manager approves it.
Start today
Train the method first. Hand over the lead second.
$349/mo for 8 seats and 300 voice minutes a month. Checks out online. Or book fifteen minutes and we’ll walk you through a module and a scored Dojo round.
What it costs to wait
Leads spent on a rep’s learning curve, and no record of which calls lost them.
- The lead that was spent while a rep learned the price question on it, and you never knowing which call lost it.
- The deal that slipped while you were on a plane, because nobody else could take the call.
- The rep who left after six months of winging it on your prospects, with nothing to show them they were getting better.
- A manager finding out at quarter end which calls went wrong.
- A company a buyer can’t value, because it can’t sell without you.
What it looks like when it works
A rep proves the method on Archie before they touch a lead. You hand it over knowing they’re ready.
You stop being the only closer, and become the leader of closers.
- A rep answers “just tell me what it costs” the right way on a real call, because they answered it wrong on Archie first.
- A Monday email that names who passed, who is stuck, and what each rep said they’d do next.
- A team table with every rep’s path, modules passed, and the one they are stuck on.
- Scored Dojo rounds with the rep’s own words quoted back, stage by stage.
- A bell when someone passes a course, or misses the same module three times.
- You, out of the call. You hand over a lead when the scorecard says the rep is ready, not when you run out of hours.
Four courses
Four methods, four stories, one instructor.
Each course is a graphic novel with its own cast and its own film genre. Archie teaches the method in our words; the books that inspired three of them are credited, and the fourth is SalesARC’s own. Six modules a course, about six minutes each.

Inside a module
A comic your rep plays, not a video they let run.
Six minutes, on a phone or a laptop. The scene stops and waits for the rep’s move, and the story only goes on once they make it.
- Dialogue, with voices. Every character has a voice of their own. Archie plays a different character in each course.
- Your move. The scene freezes before the answer. Pick wrong and you hear what it costs; then the scene rewinds and you pick again.
- Spot the mistake. One line in every module went wrong. Tap the words.
- A case file that fills. As the facts land, they are stamped into the file. By the last card, the case is closed.
- A pocket card. Three lines to use on a real call this week.
- A cliffhanger. Every module ends on a hook into the next one.
Archie has read your playbook. Every lesson is tied to your own products and the customers you sell to.

After you pass
The check tests the method, and a pass pays off right away.
The knowledge check is a transfer test: new situations, not story recall, in two sets, with the keys hidden until you pass. A miss says which card to go back to. The try-it is graded against criteria, in the rep’s own words. Then a pass unlocks the practice.
- A 90-second drill: one objection from the module, answered right away.
- Recall questions at day 3, 10 and 30, with a morning email when one is due.
- A voice discussion with Archie about the course, around ten minutes.
- A Dojo roleplay round scored on the course’s own rubric, on top of the usual scorecard.
Every good move earns XP, and XP earns belts, from White to Black. Daily streaks, and “Fight Archie” objection bouts in the arcade. Leaderboards across teams show only name, team, belt and XP; scorecards and transcripts never leave the team.

The Dojo · the practice floor
Practice without the lead.
The Dojo is the sparring partner you don’t have time to be. What a rep learned from Archie, they run here against an AI prospect that talks back, scored before they get a prospect of yours.
01
Run the whole demo call, out loud.
Your rep talks to an AI prospect that talks back, through a full demo call. Then comes a strict scorecard, stage by stage.
02
Drill the objections.
One objection, or a rapid round of five. Answer by voice or typed.
03
Take the quiz.
Pricing, routing and guardrails: the things a rep has to know cold before a buyer asks.
Built from your own calls
Prospects and objections from your own calls, approved by you.
Connect Zoom, Google Meet, Read.ai, Fathom or Fireflies once and every recorded sales call lands in the Dojo on its own, with your recent calls pulled in on day one. Or upload transcript files (.txt, .vtt, .srt and .docx exports from Otter, Gong and the rest). From them it builds the prospects, objections and quiz, and drafts new objections with suggested counters. Your SalesARC Playbook is a source too: its call script, pricing and objection handling set the standard reps are graded against, and Archie reads it to tie each lesson to your products and ICPs.
Nothing new trains the team until a manager approves it.
Connectors never hold a password: an API key, a Google sign-in you can revoke, or a signed webhook, kept in a vault. Zoom needs cloud recording with its audio transcript on, and Google Meet needs Workspace Business Standard or above with transcripts on. No note-taker joins your calls.
For managers
You see all of it.
You don’t sit in on every lesson or every practice call. You read the ones that matter, and Monday’s email tells you which. This is exactly what a manager sees.
- Progress › Team: every rep’s path, the modules they have passed, the module they are stuck on, and what they told Archie they would do next.
- A Monday email with the week: who passed what, who is stuck, and what each rep said they’d do.
- A bell the moment a rep passes a course, or misses the same module three times.
- The full transcript of any practice call, the scored Dojo rounds with the rep’s own words, and each rep measured against themselves over time.
