The agents deliver into the CRM, so the CRM comes with them — no separate Prospect fee on any ArcClaw™ tier. Prospect Standard and Enterprise are billed at their own tier.
Keep the CRM for $199/mo.
If an ArcClaw™ engagement ends, keep Prospect Basic at $199/mo rather than losing the history.

How engagements work

Month to month. Perform is the one exception.

Software modules

Playbook is paid once. Prospect, Propose, ArcClaw™ and ArcClaw™ AEO are month to month — cancel with 30 days’ notice, and export your data on every tier.

Perform engagements

Six-month minimum, month to month after. BDR hours billed on top at $19.65/hr, every two weeks. You keep the platform and the playbook when it ends.

The cost of not deciding is another quarter where every deal, quote and follow-up still waits on you. When the system is in, your sequences send without you, quotes go out in minutes, and you are in the deals you choose — not every deal.

Questions founders ask first.

What do I pay today?: The one-time Playbook fee. Monthly modules start a month later, once your playbook exists for them to run on. SalesARC University is the exception: its first month is charged today.
Can I buy without talking to anyone?: Basic and Standard, yes: check out with a card, then book your onboarding call. Enterprise tiers and every Perform tier are quoted with a strategist.
Does a Perform price include BDR hours?: No. Perform is the leadership fee. BDR hours are billed on top at $19.65/hr per seat, every two weeks, for the hours worked.
Is there annual billing?: No. Modules are month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel; only Perform carries a six-month minimum.
Can I just buy the playbook?: Yes — that's Playbook Basic at $999, and it's how most clients start. You can add Prospect or ArcClaw™ at any point after — a playbook that isn't sending anything is still just a document.
Is my data mine if I stop?: Yes. Your data is yours: exports are standard on every tier, and if an ArcClaw™ engagement ends you can keep the CRM for $199/mo rather than losing the history.
