SalesARC Demo Dojo · Sold on its own

Your reps rehearse the demo out loud, not on a live buyer.

You are the one person who runs the demo well, and you never have the hours to train anyone else. That is the Founder Bottleneck. The Dojo is the sparring partner you don’t have time to be: your rep runs a full demo call with an AI prospect that talks back, then gets a strict scorecard, stage by stage. $249/mo for a team of up to 8 users.

Self-serve. Check out online. No Playbook needed.

The Demo Dojo Train screen: Archie the sensei, in a karate gi and a green headband, tells the rep their weakest stage lately and their best score to beat, above the rep's belt, XP, streak and roleplay average, and three ways to practice: roleplay a prospect, objection drill and quiz
The Train screen: Archie, your belt and streak, and three ways to practice

The Founder Bottleneck

Nobody practices the demo, so your reps learn it on live buyers.

Demo practice and roleplay are boring, so nobody does them. We were the founder doing all the selling, so we know how it goes: you are the only one who can run the demo well, and the hours to teach it never come. The Dojo takes the sparring off your calendar.

What your reps practice

  • 01

Run the whole demo call, out loud.

Your rep talks to an AI prospect that talks back, through a full demo call. Then comes a strict scorecard, stage by stage.

  • 02

    Drill the objections.

One objection, or a rapid round of five. Answer by voice or typed.

  • 03

    Take the quiz.

Pricing, routing and guardrails: the things a rep has to know cold before a buyer asks.

Practice they come back to

Belts, streaks and a sensei to beat.

Practice earns XP, and XP earns belts. Archie, the dojo’s sensei in the karate gi and headband, keeps score.

  • Practice earns XP.
  • Belts from White to Black, like a martial art.
  • Daily streaks.
  • A belt promotion ceremony, where Archie, the dojo’s sensei, ties on the new belt. His headband takes the rep’s belt color.
  • “Fight Archie”: objection bouts against the sensei.
  • Leaderboards across teams show only name, team, belt and XP. Scorecards and transcripts never leave the team.

For managers

See who is getting better, and at which stage.

You don’t sit in on every practice call. You read the ones that matter.

  • See your team’s records, scores and progress.
  • Read the full transcript of any practice call.
  • Each rep is measured against themselves over time: personal bests, weakest stage lately, belt history.

Built from your own calls

Prospects and objections from your own calls, approved by you.

Bring transcripts from the call recorder you already use. The Dojo accepts transcript files (.txt, .vtt, .srt and .docx exports from tools like Fireflies, Otter, Gong or Zoom). From them it builds the prospects, objections and quiz, and drafts new objections with suggested counters.

Nothing new trains the team until a manager approves it.

Coming: automatic sync from your transcription service, and your SalesARC Playbook as a source.

Pricing

$249/mo for a team of up to 8.

Self-serve, month to month. Demo Dojo is sold on its own and needs no Playbook; add it to any plan, or buy it alone.
