SalesARC Company Vault

Stop being the only place the answers live.

We interview you and your team, add what your intake forms collect, and build one place that holds how your company sells and runs. Every month we keep it current, and your team and the SalesARC AI agents answer from it, so you stop being the only place the answers live.

One place for your offers, ideal customers, decisions, processes, customer notes and the words your company uses. $299/mo plus a one-time $2,499 build ($999 with Playbook Standard).

Quoted with a strategist, not sold at card checkout. No Playbook needed.

The Founder Bottleneck

Every question still ends up in your inbox.

Every deal still routes through you, and so does every answer. On this page the Founder Bottleneck has a henchman: the answers that live only in your head. The pricing exception, the customer you turned down and why, the way a new account really gets set up.

What it looks like

Can we discount this? Is this one a fit? Why did we stop selling that package? The same questions land in your inbox every week, and the deal waits until you answer.

What it feels like

You are the company’s memory. Every exception, every past decision and every “here’s how we do it” is in your head, so you can’t step away without things stalling.

What it costs the company

A company that only works when the founder is in the room can’t grow past the founder, and is worth less to anyone who would buy it.

We’ve been the bottleneck

We were the founder everyone had to ask.

SalesARC was built by a founder who ran an integration company past $42 million in revenue, and did the selling himself for most of it. We know the inbox full of “quick questions” that only you can answer.

So we wrote down how we sell and run, with the reason behind every decision, and pointed our team and our agents at it. Company Vault is the same thing, built for you.

Read the founder’s story
  • We run SalesARC from a vault of our own: our decisions with the reason behind each, and the runbooks our team and our agents work from.
  • Built by SalesARC strategists from interviews and intake forms. You answer questions; we do the writing.
  • A published price: $299/mo plus a one-time $2,499 build ($999 with Playbook Standard).

The plan

Three steps. Then your team asks the vault, not you.

You talk; we write it down. You approve it; your team answers from it.

  1. 01

We interview you and your team

We sit down with you, your sales lead and whoever runs operations, and send short intake forms by private link. Anyone can answer one without an account.

  2. 02

    You approve what we write

From the answers we draft notes, one topic each, with where it came from. Every note starts as a draft. You read it, edit it and approve it; nothing is answered from until you do.

  3. 03

Your team asks it, not you

Your team asks the vault in SalesARC, and SalesARC’s AI agents answer from it. Every month we keep it current.

What we promise

Nothing to fear in starting.

  • $299 a month plus a one-time $2,499 build ($999 if you already have Playbook Standard), quoted with a strategist.
  • No Playbook needed. Company Vault stands on its own.
  • Only approved notes are ever used. A draft is never answered from, however good it looks.
  • Private to your team. Notes marked personal or private are never used in an answer.

What it holds

How your company sells and runs, written down once.

Six kinds of note, each one drafted by us, approved by you and dated, so everyone can see what is current.

  • Offers

What you sell, what each package includes and the rules for pricing it.

  • Ideal customers

Who is a fit, who isn’t, and the messaging that works for each.

  • Decisions

Each one with the reason behind it and the date you made it, in its own decision log.

  • Processes and runbooks

How your team does the work, step by step, from a new account to a quote exception.

  • Customer notes

What your team should know about the accounts you already have.

  • A glossary

Your terms, defined once, so everyone means the same thing.

Your team asks it

An answer the way you would give it, without you giving it.

The vault answers only from notes you approved, and says so when it doesn’t know.

  • The Ask tab in SalesARC: anyone on your team who can read the vault asks it a question and gets an answer from your approved notes.
  • In Slack, where we connect it: @SalesARC answers in your team’s channel only from your vault, citing the notes it used.
  • A question the vault can’t answer is said so plainly, and logged for your team, so the next note we write is the one you were missing.

Kept current

A vault nobody updates is a PDF. Ours gets checked every month.

Keeping it current is the service, not a chore we hand back to you.

  • Every month we work through the vault with you: what changed, what to add, and what to retire.
  • A health check lists anything with nothing approved yet, notes nobody has confirmed in 90 days, drafts waiting on you, and the questions the vault couldn’t answer.
  • One click on “Still true” marks a note checked today.
  • A recorded call or a pasted transcript of an interview is enough for us to draft from.

Private by design

A record of how you work, never a way to watch your people.

Your vault is private to your team. Your owners, and anyone you give edit access, can edit and approve notes; everyone else on the team can read. A questionnaire link shows only your company’s name, and it stops working the moment it’s closed.

If you want a weekly owner’s brief, we set it up with you, and it shows team totals only, never one person’s calls or emails.

Start with a call

Write it down once. Stop answering it every week.

$299/mo plus a one-time $2,499 build ($999 with Playbook Standard). Book a strategist call and we’ll scope the interviews and send you a quote.

What it costs to wait

Every answer that leaves with you, and every week you spend repeating it.

  • Another year of answering the same five questions every week.
  • A new hire who takes months to learn what you could have told them in an afternoon.
  • A decision made twice, because nobody remembered why you made it the first time.
  • A company that stops when you take a week off.

What it looks like when it works

Your team answers the way you would, and you hear only the new questions.

You stop being the company’s memory, and become the founder who built a company that runs.

  • A rep asks the vault whether a deal is a fit, and gets your answer, with the reason.
  • A new hire reads how you onboard an account instead of shadowing you for a month.
  • The SalesARC agents answer the way you would, because they read only what you approved.
  • You get the question only when it’s new, and then it becomes a note.
