ArcClaw™ Personalization · On every ArcClaw™ agent lead
Every email written from research on that one person and company.
The emails that get answered are the ones where someone clearly looked. Today that someone is you, and that keeps the Founder Bottleneck in charge. ArcClaw™ agents research each prospect and write the openers, subject lines and P.S. of every sales email in your CRM from what they found. See it on your own company.
This is the same research and writing that runs on every lead our agents deliver.
The problem
Personal email does not scale by hand.
Everyone knows the researched email wins. Almost nobody has the hours to write it.
Templates get deleted
A merge field that swaps in a first name and a company name reads like what it is. Your buyers get ten of those a day, and they know.
Research takes real time
Reading a prospect’s site, checking the company and finding the right person takes a good rep minutes a lead. Done well, it is the best part of the email.
Nobody has it at fifty a day
At fifty leads a day, research by hand is the whole day. So it falls back on you, or it does not happen at all.
How the research works
Site, company, people, research, kit, checker, sequence.
Seven steps between a new lead and an email that could only have been written to them.
01
It reads their site
The home page and up to 6 more: what they sell, who they sell to, what changed lately.
02
It looks up the company and the people
Headcount, industry and location from a company database, and the decision makers by title. A lookup that comes back empty says so.
03
It writes the research down
A short third-person account of the company and the person, with each fact kept next to where it came from: the page read or the database field.
04
It writes the kit
3 openers on 3 different details, 3 subject lines, the pain in their words, the angle, and a P.S.
05
A checker reads every line
Numbers must be in the research. No stock openers, no links, nothing private. A line that fails is written again or not used.
06
Your sequence uses it
Each sales email step takes its opener and subject from the kit, a different one per step, with your original line kept as the fallback.
07
The research sits beside the email
In SalesARC Prospect, the research is on the contact record next to every email, so a rep can see where each line came from.
The research behind each line is kept with the contact, not footnoted in the email. Your prospect reads a normal email; your rep can open the contact and see where every line came from.
A worked example
One research note in, one kit out.
An example to show the shape of it. Ridgeline Precision and Dana R. are invented; this is not a customer.
Example · The research
Ridgeline Precision is a contract machine shop in Mesa, Arizona, with 60 employees.

It offers CNC machining, sheet metal and powder coating for aerospace and medical customers.
Source: Site: home page, capabilities page
The careers page lists two open CNC programmer roles.

A news post says the shop added a second shift this year.

Dana R., Director of Operations, is the senior operations contact.

Example · The kit it wrote
- Subject 1
- Second shift at Ridgeline
- Subject 2
- Your CNC programmer openings
- Subject 3
- Aerospace and medical work in Mesa
- Opener 1
- You added a second shift this year, and the quoting and follow-up have to keep pace with the floor.
- Opener 2
- Your careers page has two CNC programmer roles open, which usually means more work is coming in than the team can program.
- Opener 3
- You run machining, sheet metal and powder coating under one roof for aerospace and medical customers.
- Pain
- New capacity only pays when the pipeline fills it, and finding new accounts takes time nobody on the floor has.
- Angle
- We find the engineers and buyers who send out work like yours, so your team spends its time quoting, not hunting.
- P.S.
- P.S. A second shift at a 60-person shop is a big step; if the programmers are still being hired, we can time the first emails to it.
Every number in the kit (two roles, 60 people) is in the research. Each opener rests on a different fact, so the first, second and third emails in the sequence do not repeat themselves.
What your rep sees
SalesARC Prospect puts the research beside every email.
Your reps can trust a line they can check. So the research is on the record, not hidden in a black box.
The research panel
Every researched contact shows what the agent found, in plain sentences, beside the email history. A rep can correct a line in place.
Rewrite from research
One button writes the contact’s kit again from the research as it stands now. New research from the agent does the same on its own.
The preview is the email
The email preview on the contact uses that contact’s kit, so what the rep reads is what the prospect gets.
No research, no change
A contact with no research, from a CSV or typed in by hand, gets your original copy, byte for byte. Nothing to set up, and never a blank in the email.
Guardrails
A wrong fact in a cold email is worse than none.
So every line is checked before it is saved. A line that fails is written again with the reasons. If it still fails, the lead is tried again later, up to 3 more times, and until then the email goes out with your original copy.
about a quarter of a cent
our cost to write and check one lead’s kit.
about a cent
our cost to rewrite one sequence step, once, until you change its copy.
- Numbers only from the research. A 20-person company never becomes a 200-person one in an email.
- No stock openers: never “I noticed”, “I came across”, “Hope this finds you”, “Quick question” or “Just following up”.
- Only what the research says. The writer may not describe equipment, tools, vendors or process the research does not state.
- A date the research calls an estimate is never written as an exact date or a countdown.
- Private details are never stated: no exact age, birth date, street address, property value, income or health.
- The machinery stays out of sight: no talk of lists, scores, leads or how the prospect was found.
- Plain words only: no links, email addresses, brackets or markup copied from a prospect’s website, no emoji, no flattery.
- A rewritten sequence step keeps every link and merge field your copy had, stays about the same length, and keeps your original line as the fallback on every personalized line.
